DELIVERY IN FRANCE IS FREE & EXCHANGE IS FREE IN FRANCE AS WELL AS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION*

 

🛑 ORDER CANCELLATION

You have a 24-hour withdrawal period after placing your order to cancel it. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped. You will then have to make a return according to our usual conditions.

📦 DELIVERIES

Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location, the time of your order and the delivery method selected. This information will be shown to you in your shopping cart and at checkout, after you have entered your address and selected your shipping method. We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

🇫🇷 FRANCE

  • Relay point (2 to 3 working days) - €3.95 / Free from €100 purchase
  • Standard home delivery (2 to 3 working days) - €6.99 / Free from €200 purchase
  • Express (1 to 2 working days) - €15

 

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION

  • Relay point (2 to 5 working days) - €4,90 / Free from €120 purchase

-> Delivery to relay point available for Belgium, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy and Luxembourg

  • Standard B2C Europe (3 to 9 working days depending on the country) - €10 / Free from €120 purchase

 

🛫 FRENCH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

  • Standard Colissimo (3 to 10 working days depending on the country) - €20 / Free from €120 of purchase

 

🛬 OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

  • Standard Colissimo (3 to 10 working days depending on the country) - €20 / Free from €200 of purchase

🚨 Customers outside the European Union and French overseas territories may be required to pay customs fees, not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amounts of these taxes vary. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Since January 2021, the United Kingdom is also affected by these customs fees.

 

📌 NOTE : Our delivery times do not take into account order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard business days). Orders placed before 1 p.m. are generally prepared the same day. These preparation times may be extended during certain periods of the year (Black Friday, sales, etc.), due to the higher volume of orders.

 

💎 CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders have a processing time of approximately 6-8 weeks as they are made to order and undergo specific testing and quality control.

Once manufacturing is complete, you will receive an email indicating that your part is ready and that the package will be handed over to the shipping department.

🔙 EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return all or part of your order.

❗️RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items with the tag removed cannot be returned.
  • The item(s) must not have been worn or damaged.
  • In order to be able to identify your return, it is necessary to include the delivery note for your order in the return package.

-> Without compliance with these conditions, we will not be able to refund/exchange your item.

 

🔁 RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

Return shipping is free for exchanges only.

We offer exchanges in the form of a credit, offering a free return (for countries in the European Union) and receiving a credit upon shipment of your return package.

Your credit will be sent to you in the form of a promotional code, corresponding to the amount of your order excluding discounts.

 

💰 RETURN AGAINST REFUND

Your order will be refunded within 7 to 15 days after receipt and verification of the items by our warehouse. As soon as the package is delivered, it goes through a verification phase to ensure that the items meet our return conditions.

Once this step is validated, the refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase . If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your bank account. If your order was paid with a credit, the refund will be made in the form of a credit.

This return method is at the customer's expense. The return costs are as follows:

  • France: - 6€
  • European Union and outside the European Union: - €9

🔍 Why these fees?

At Make it Shine, we prioritize transparency and affordable pricing by reducing our margins to offer you high-quality jewelry. That's why we do not include return shipping costs in product prices.

💡 Example

  • Return against reimbursement: If you purchased an item for €80 instead of €100 thanks to a -20% discount, your reimbursement will be €80 - €6 (return costs in France) = €74
  • Exchange for credit: You will receive a credit of €100, valid for an unlimited period, as well as a free return slip.

 

⚠️ Refund conditions for the Buy one, Get one (BOGO) offer

  • Return of the entire order : If you return your entire order, you will be refunded the total amount paid less the return costs (€6 in France)
  • Return of the purchased product : If you return the product you paid for (the more expensive of the two), you will be refunded the difference in price between the product paid for and the one you were given, because you can no longer benefit from the BOGO offer if you only keep one product.
  • Return of the free product : If you send the free product, no refund will be made, as it was offered to you as part of the promotion. We suggest you opt for return for exchange, as this will allow you to obtain a credit equivalent to the amount of the free item, which you can use to exchange this product.
