We are fully committed to creating and bringing you the best jewelry, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty for all of our pieces. If your product becomes damaged, discolored or loses stones due to normal wear and tear, the warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the part - free of charge. This warranty is voided in the event of a problem with damage caused by the user (scratches, accidental breakage, oxidation)

If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your item for one of equal or lesser value.

Chaination pieces are made from materials selected with the greatest care. To ensure product longevity, please treat it with care.

For its maintenance, please clean and polish it using a soft cloth and keep it in its Apollo box offered with purchase.

By hand: The links are mostly assembled manually.

Stone : Zirconium oxide. The setting of the stones is carried out with unique know-how to obtain an exceptional density, this allows the inlaid stones to be closer to each other, thus allowing for increased and unique brilliance!

Metal: Our Pieces are metal with a fine gold gilded finish (white/yellow or rose depending on the piece) All of our products are carefully tested after production for quality and durability.

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, store it in the Apollo box provided with purchase. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemicals. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your jewelry. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.

Our products feature the highest quality gilding available. This process allows our jewelry to last longer than the typical gilding you may be used to.
We are constantly working on process improvements to ensure our products are as sustainable as possible.

Authentic Chaination pieces can only be purchased at www.wearechaination.com. There are many copycats out there, however, we encourage you to be careful of any website that may appear identical but is in fact a scam website. Mistrust:

1. Much lower prices. This indicates poor quality plating material and/or finish which will significantly affect the longevity and quality of the item.

2. Very long delivery times. This indicates that the company is dropshipping, which will leave you waiting months to receive your item directly from a factory.

3. Unclear return policies .
Dropshipping websites make it very difficult to return your item and will often require you to return it to China, which can be expensive and risky.

We manufacture our models for the most part in China in order to be able to offer them to our customers at a reasonable and attractive cost. In addition, there is no gem-set costume jewelry industry (with the technologies that we require) in France and our ambition is to bring this industrial know-how to your home! Lately, we must adapt to our competitive landscape which is mainly made up of players manufacturing their parts in Asia. However, in an artisanal manner, we can manufacture our models in France on request; in this case, pricing would be significantly impacted.

OUR DEADLINES

Delivery times vary depending on location, time of order and delivery method selected. You will find the precise information in the checkout after having indicated your address and the desired delivery method.

- FRANCE: 1-3 days depending on the method selected

- EUROPEAN UNION :

  • Germany, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 2-4 days depending on method selected
  • Rest of EU countries: 3-9 days depending on country and method selected

- OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION : 3-10 days depending on the method selected

- CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders have a processing time of approximately 6-8 weeks as they are made to order and are subject to specific testing and quality control. Once manufacturing is complete, you will receive an email telling you that your part is finished and that the package will be handed over to the shipping service. Our delivery times do not take into account order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days). Orders placed before 1 p.m. are generally prepared during the day. These preparation times may be increased at particular times of the year (private sales, sales, etc.) given the greater volume of orders.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the country of destination as well as the delivery method chosen. These items are indicated to you in your basket, once your delivery address has been entered and your shipping method selected.

- Delivery to a relay point in France is free!

- €10 in the European Union and the French Overseas Territories (Free from €120 purchase)

- 30€ for the rest of the world (Free from 200€ purchase)

DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU ✈️

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs fees, not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amounts of these taxes vary. These fees are the charge and responsibility of the customer. Since January 2021, the United Kingdom has been affected by these customs fees.

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

There will be no customs/import fees for anyone in France or the EU as we are located close to LILLE 59000 in France.

When the recipient is located outside of these regions, they are responsible for ensuring that the product can be imported into the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Customs duties, duties and taxes are non-refundable: so, a refused shipment due to unexpected import charges, the total cost of the order including the original shipping and shipping charges returned, will not be refunded. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, this may result in delays beyond our initial delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

To avoid a delay in the receipt of your order by customs, we strongly suggest:


- Provide a telephone number where you can be reached by customs upon the arrival of your product. This telephone number will be indicated on the commercial invoice so that customs can contact you to pay for your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding customs fees and/or taxes. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after it arrives in your country before abandoning it or returning it to the sender.

In the unlikely event that you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure we resolve this issue quickly and efficiently:

1. Your order number
2. The name of the item you did not receive
3. The name of the item you received
4. A clear photo of the item you received, including our engraving

Once we receive the information above, our team will arrange to return the correct item!

You can return your item either by completing the form available on the refund policy page or by contacting us directly within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized products or precious metal products as they are made to order.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

Chaination will only refund return shipping costs if an item is exchanged or the wrong item is sent to the recipient.

You can return your item either by filling out the form available on the refund policy page or by contacting us directly!

We aim to process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. After processing the refund, you will receive an email notification.

Please note that it may take an additional 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account. This processing time depends on your bank, so please contact them directly if 5 business days have passed and you have not received the funds.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
